Gentle Co-Creation LAB
for educators

You're here, an estimated guess whispers to me, you already agree that learning doesn’t only happen in the mind.

How about learning takes place in the subtle, living communication matrix between tissues, nerves, bones, muscles, cells and the in between...?

This Micro-Movement Medicine Lab is an invitation for educators, therapists, and parents to explore embodiment through very small, fascia- and nervous-system informed movement.

Let's drop the concept of techniques to apply.
Let's drop the protocols to replicate.
Let's drop the 10 step plans to the gold.

Instead we will open up a lived inquiry into the biology of learning — starting with your own body. How do:

Your rythm,
Your groove,
Your f

We will work with the micro-movement principles based on the 5 R's (Rebound, Recoil, Release, Restore, Refine) from a fascia-informed perspective, weaved together with somatic and nervous system care

Every body is welcome. You don't need any experience in embodiment or fasciawork. I'll tailor the LAB to your bodies needs.

Questions

Until when can I redeem the 4 lab-sessions?

This is a very special limited offer, for a crazy price. After you book, you get a link to my calendar to book 4 sessions within a timespan of 3 months (February + March + April). After the three months you can’t redeem any more sessions. You can go as fast or as slow as you want, I do recommend at least 1 week in between each session, so you can take the micro movements home to practice.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

No, that's not my intention with this low price. It's a one time fee, that you pay upfront to book your lab-sessions.

Why €42

This is a symbolical amount, that represent crossing a threshold of 40 years +2:
+1 for my 41st year of existence and aliveness
+1 small year I was dancing in my mom’s womb without a sense of gravity but with a growing sense of consciousness :)

Also we’re co-creating; I’m learning from you too. Together I hope to get a better sense of how this fascia-informed work might play a role in our learning environments and classrooms, that I haven’t experienced or thought off. Intention is to allow for cross pollination. By exploring the personal, to extend to the professional workplace.

What do I need to have in order to participate in this retreat?

  • For the online sessions, you will need a computer with a web camera and access to a stable internet connection.

  • A quiet, distraction free space is optimal for the impact of your lab explorations. I ask that your camera is turned on during the online lab-session in order to move together.

  • For the breath and somatic practices, you will need a mat, blanket or towel, tennis bal or other form of pliable ball (I work with Yoga Tune Up Balls)

  • For the reflective work it might be useful to have pen & paper and other writing/colouring utensils.

  • A core practice for the week is to bring attention, space and ritual into your body & mind. We ask that you designate a spot, corner or room that can be devoted in the long term to hold, cultivate and express your deepening practice intentions.

What if other family members will be home during practice hours?

Although having other family members home during practice hours may be distracting, it is a valuable opportunity to carve out practice even in the midst of the busyness of home life. It's recommended setting up expectations ahead of time with your family members or roommates about when you will be practicing. If possible, practice in a separate room with a door that can be closed to support your focus and engagement with the retreat.
