This space is for YOU
You feel stretched thin from holding space for others in a world that's changing faster than schools/institutions can keep up with
You long to return to your inner compass, to teach from connection not depletion
You want space that honours you, not just your students or the institution/school
You're an educator who believes in presence, purpose and embodied learning open to explore new resources to build resilience that lasts
You want to be part of a circle of thoughtful, brave educators exploring how to unite in mobilised compassionate action to change eduction from the inside out

“You do not have to earn rest.
Rest is not a luxury, a privilege, or a reward.
It is a birthright.”
— Octavia Raheem

This is not a training.
In a world that’s shifting fast - socially, ecologically, and educationally - educators are not just content deliverers, first and faremost they are spaceholders for uncertainty, transformation, and care.
As classrooms become mirrors of a changing society, I hear many educators asking themselves:
How do I meet all of this?
How do I keep showing up with presence, when I’m stretched so thin?
A more sustainable way to navigate these questions is to allow space to pause. To return to oneself. To explore how to hold learning in times of complexity, not by pushing harder, but by rooting deeper.
Together with fellow educators from around the world, you’ll be invited into embodied practices that restore, clarify, and reconnect you to your purpose.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to take part -just a willingness to shift from doing to being, and to remember that who you are is the foundation for the space you hold.

What working with me might be like
"Working with Liz is like a lighthouse, she will shine a light in the dark to guide you 'home'. Liz guided me straight to the core, always with kindness and humour, and her energy is infectious. She somehow makes the messy inner work feel do-able, and sometimes even joyful. If you're ready to stop circling around yourself, you know where to go :)"
Maria
"I was lucky to do a test run mini-retreat, and this experience was totally new for me. Liz holds space like a boss! With fierce clarity, deep presence and always a warm no-BS invitation to drop our masks.
The mix of bodywork, reflection, group sharing and meditation was very helpfull and made me realize what ways my body informs my daily actions and my teaching. It has been super useful to work on the transfer of applying resources and basic embodiment tools to my practice at school. This will stay with me forever. And her big smile, it's a pleasure to learn from this energetic and wise woman, and a true educator!"

Frequently asked questions
What if I can't make all 3 days life, can I still participate?
Yes, you are welcome to participate even if you can’t make all the sessions live. Recording of daily teachings are provided and the program is designed for you to enhance your home practice on your own with a Digital Retreat Guide Book. Participants are asked to commit to a practice schedule for the 3-days that works with their schedules, meaning also blocking time to retreat.
I'm new to embodiment work, is this for me?
Yes, every body is welcome. This retreat is designed to benefit a range of educators.
There will be opportunities to learn some basics of breathing, embodied & somatic practices. Adaptations for the movement practice are provided in the instructions to help you calibrate to your own levels of readiness.
Do I need to clear my schedule for the 3 days to participate in this retreat?
You do not need to clear your entire schedule for this retreat. However, the more you are able to place your attention inside of the retreat without distractions and participate in the live calls, the greater the opportunity you will have to advance your embodied practice, build new rituals, discover your nervous system health that influence your educational space and how you can restoratively engage in the coming study year.
What do I need to have in order to participate in this retreat?
For the online sessions, you will need a computer with a web camera and access to a stable internet connection.
A quiet, distraction free space is optimal for the impact of your Retreat day. I ask that your camera is turned on during the online connection session in order to support the entire group.
For the breath and somatic practices, you will need a mat, blanket or towel, tennis bal or other form of pliable ball (I work with Yoga Tune Up Balls)
For the reflective work it might be useful to have pen & paper and other writing/colouring utensils.
A core practice for the week is to bring attention, space and ritual into your body & mind. We ask that you designate a spot, corner or room that can be devoted in the long term to hold, cultivate and express your deepening practice intentions.
What if other family members will be home during practice hours?
Although having other family members home during practice hours may be distracting, it is a valuable opportunity to carve out practice even in the midst of the busyness of home life. It's recommended setting up expectations ahead of time with your family members or roommates about when you will be practicing. If possible, practice in a separate room with a door that can be closed to support your focus and engagement with the retreat.
What is the refund policy?
Your registration secures your place in a small, carefully held space. Because of the planning and limited spots, we’re not able to offer full refunds for cancellations.
Cancellations up to 21 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
Cancellations within 21 days of the retreat: Unfortunately, no refunds or credits are available at this stage. You will still receive access to all recordings and integration materials.
You are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to another educator if you can no longer attend. Send us their name and email by 72 hours before we begin. We trust your commitment and thank you for understanding that this helps keep the container intentional, focused, and sustainable.
How can I get the most out of this retreat?
Here are some guidelines for how to get the most of this at-home retreat:
Be curious and available.
Be welcoming and supportive of your fellow retreatants.
Give yourself permission to ask for clarifications and questions.
Participate wholeheartedly.
Notice how the practice is not separate from your life & work
Make time to rest and integrate during and after the program.
